Anxiety, trauma and depression or personality disorders become a fact of life for some people.

When negative thoughts and feelings prevent a person from accomplishing even the simplest daily activities, or start affecting relationships, it may be a good time to consider having a talk with a Psychotherapist.

If you are feeling a bit low and not feeling yourself it is always good to talk to someone.

Psychotherapy........also called the talking cure, or counselling, is a process focused on helping you heal and learn more constructive ways to deal with the problems or issues within your life.   It can also be a supportive process when going through a difficult period or under increased stress.

Counselling and psychotherapy are successful because whatever the issue is, greater understanding and acceptance of the self helps promote change.  This awareness can help us to consider options for reacting and responding in a way that was not possible before.
